Live Chat

Our website offers a live chat window. It runs on chat software (Chatwoot) that we host on our own server, not on a third-party chat service. When you use it, we collect:

• The messages you send and receive, and any name or email address you choose to provide.
• Your IP address, browser type, and the page you were on when you started the chat.
• A cookie and local storage entry that let the chat window keep your conversation if you move to another page or return later.

Chat is first answered by an automated assistant. The assistant is an AI model that also runs on our own server; your messages are not sent to an outside AI provider. You can ask for a person at any time. If you leave before we reply and have given an email address, our reply is sent to you by email through Amazon Simple Email Service. When a chat is passed to a person, a notification is delivered to our phone through Chatwoot's notification relay and Apple's or Google's push notification service.

Chat conversations are handled under the same retention and rights described below. We do not use chat content for advertising.

Contact Form

Our contact form collects the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter, along with your IP address. The message is emailed to us through Amazon Simple Email Service and used only to answer you. To keep out spam bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when the page loads and sends Cloudflare technical signals such as your IP address and browser details. Turnstile is not used for advertising.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We may share information with vendors who assist us in operating our website or business (e.g., CRM platforms, scheduling tools), under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers on our servers.
